Vacuum Destoner Machine is a mechanical device used for removing stones, impurities or foreign materials from food grains such as rice, wheat, maize or pulses. It uses the principle of density separation to separate heavier impurities from the lighter grains. Moreover, Vacuum Destoner Machine creates a vacuum inside a closed chamber using a suction blower. The grains are passed through this chamber where the vacuum sucks out the lighter particles such as dust, husks or chaff while the stones or heavier materials settle down due to gravity. The stones are then collected and removed.
